Music Content Policy

You may only distribute music for which you own or fully control every necessary right, including the master recording, the underlying composition, samples, features, artwork, and any third-party contributions. You must be able to provide proof of ownership or authorization on request.

You may not upload or distribute content that:

• Infringes another party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains unauthorized or uncleared samples, interpolations, or cover recordings.
• Impersonates another artist, uses misleading metadata, or falsely attributes authorship.
• Is uploaded primarily to generate artificial or fraudulent streams, or to manipulate royalties.
• Includes hate speech, illegal content, or anything that violates a streaming platform's guidelines.

Submitting false ownership information, fraudulent copyright claims, or content designed to trigger wrongful royalty collection is strictly prohibited. Such activity may result in immediate account termination, withholding of royalties, and reporting to the relevant platforms and authorities.

We and the streaming platforms may review, reject, block, or remove any content at any time if it is suspected of violating this policy or a platform's rules. Removal decisions made by streaming platforms are outside of our control, and we cannot guarantee the reinstatement of removed content.

If your content is rejected, taken down, or removed from any platform because it violates this policy, infringes third-party rights, or breaches platform guidelines, 7Days Digital LLC is not responsible for any resulting loss, and any fees paid are non-refundable. You are solely responsible for any claims, damages, or penalties arising from content you submit.

You agree to indemnify and hold 7Days Digital LLC harmless from any claims, disputes, or costs resulting from content you distribute through our services. Ensuring your music is fully cleared and policy-compliant before submission is your responsibility.
