Royalties Policy

7Days Digital does not take a percentage of your streaming royalties. After the streaming platforms apply their own rates, 100% of the resulting earnings are credited to your account, less any applicable transaction or withdrawal fees.

Our UGC Royalties Collection service tracks and claims earnings generated when your music is used in user-generated content on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook. For royalties recovered through this service, 7Days Digital retains a 20% collection fee and pays you the remaining 80%. This fee applies only to UGC royalties we successfully collect on your behalf — there is no upfront cost.

Streaming platforms report and pay royalties on their own schedules, typically on a monthly or quarterly basis with a delay of one to three months. We collect these payments on your behalf and reflect them in your dashboard once received and reconciled.

You can request a withdrawal once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold shown in your account. Payments are processed to your chosen payment method, and processing times vary depending on the method and your location.

We pay artists worldwide through two secure international transfer methods:

• Wise transfer — fast, low-cost transfers to your local bank account in your local currency, ideal for most artists.
• SWIFT transfer — direct international bank wires for accounts where Wise is not supported.

Any transfer fees charged by Wise, SWIFT, or intermediary banks may be deducted from the payout amount. Please make sure your payout details exactly match your bank records to avoid delays or failed transfers.

Payouts are not available to artists located in countries or regions subject to U.S. sanctions or trade restrictions. If you are located in a restricted country, we are legally unable to process payments to you, and 7Days Digital LLC is not liable for any resulting loss of earnings. It is your responsibility to ensure you are eligible to receive payments under applicable law.

If your release involves multiple contributors, you are responsible for configuring royalty splits accurately. Where supported, we can pay collaborators directly according to the splits you define for each release.

You are responsible for any taxes owed on royalties you earn. We may be required to collect tax information and withhold amounts as required by applicable law. Please consult a tax professional regarding your obligations.

Royalty amounts may be adjusted to reflect corrections, chargebacks, or fraud detected by the platforms. We will reflect any such adjustments transparently in your account statements.
