You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services. By using 7Days Digital, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You retain full ownership of all master recordings and compositions you upload. You grant 7Days Digital a limited, non-exclusive license to distribute, reproduce, and deliver your content to streaming platforms solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold all necessary rights to the music you distribute and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.

You may not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains unauthorized samples, impersonates other artists, or violates any platform's guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Pricing for our distribution plans is described on our pricing page. Fees are billed according to the plan you select. You keep 100% of the royalties earned from your music, less any fees charged directly by the streaming platforms.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to remove your content from connected platforms.

7Days Digital provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
