Licensing

When you upload music, you grant 7Days Digital a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, and deliver your recordings and associated artwork to streaming and download platforms. This license exists only to provide our distribution services and ends when you remove your content.

Our distribution is non-exclusive. You remain free to distribute your music through other services, subject to any platform-specific exclusivity requirements you choose to opt into.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to distribute the music you upload, including master rights, publishing rights, and any required clearances for samples, features, or interpolations.

If you distribute a cover song, you are responsible for obtaining the appropriate mechanical license. If your music contains samples, you must clear them with the relevant rights holders before distribution.

We deliver your content to platforms as configured in your release. You may request a takedown at any time, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove your content, though removal timing depends on each platform.

If we receive a credible claim that your content infringes a third party's rights, we may remove the content and may suspend your account in accordance with applicable law and our Terms of Service.
